Cancellations and Refunds:

- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date or do not show up for your reservation, we will charge you for one night’s stay.
- If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will refund your payment in full.

Early Departure
- If you need to leave the hotel before the end of your scheduled stay, we will charge you for the full length of your original reservation.
- In special circumstances, we may be able to offer a refund or a credit for future stays, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
In-Room Amenities
- If you are not satisfied with the condition or cleanliness of your room, please notify the front desk as soon as possible. We will make every effort to address the issue and ensure that your stay is comfortable.
- If you find that an in-room amenity is not working properly, please let us know and we will make every effort to fix the issue as soon as possible.
- If an in-room amenity cannot be fixed or is not available during your stay, we will not offer a refund or credit
Food And Beverages
- If you are not satisfied with your meal or beverage at our restaurant or bar, please let your server know and we will make every effort to address the issue.
- If you are still not satisfied with the resolution, please speak with the manager and we will do our best to make it right.
- Refunds or credits for food and beverage will be given at the discretion of the manager
Other Services
- If you are not satisfied with any other service or product provided by our hotel, please let us know and we will make every effort to address the issue and ensure that your stay is comfortable.
- Refunds or credits for other services or products will be given at the discretion of the manager
